HT-300^® Polyisocyanurate Insulation

HT-300^® is a rigid closed cellular 2# nominal density polyisocyanurate that is manufactured in buns for fabrication into a variety of shapes and sizes that include, but are not limited to: piping, fittings, valves, curved-side-segments and many others.

HT-300 is the industry leading polyisocyanurate when it comes to the crucial areas of ASTM E-84 flame/smoke rating and k-factor. When you are talking insulation, thermal efficiency is at the top of the list for performance. HT-300 has a k-factor of 0.165 BTU-in/hr-ft ²-°F aged 180 days @ 75°F. This is 15% better than the other leading polyiso insulation manufacturers currently on the market. This, coupled with a 25/50 flame spread/smoke development when tested in accordance with ASTM E-84 up to 2.5" thick, means that HT-300 is ideal for entire systems within commercial buildings,especially in plenums!
